Your pic is kinda hard to see so not quite sure where you put your points. But leveling as a lock, at least till 60 you want to go into the affliction tree. The main points need to go in imp corruption, drain life, nightfall and siphon life. When leveling you are going to want to drain tank the mobs. Use your Succi or fel hound and fear, dot, drain life. You will find that your nightfall will proc most with drain life, then just instant cast shadow bolt and your mob will be dead by then. This works best with single target mobs, but if you decided to take on 2 or 3 mobs send in your pet to establish aggro on all mobs then pick one to fear and dot and move to the next mob. By the time your fear is up, the mob should be about dead. Once you hit 60, I would suggest going into the demonology tree and get your fel guard. He hits really hard and has a cleave that will make tanking multiple targets a breeze. After you hit 70 its up to you to decide the spec you want. I stayed demonology for a long time as it was fine for the 5 mans and even heroics. Your fel guard is a good OT and the boost of spell damage you get from the tree you should be able to burn down most elites your level in no time. But if you get into raiding, you find that it is better to go affliction, for the efficiency of your spells.
Oh and i see that you put points in improved imp. Since you are mostly affliction, those points could better be used elsewhere, unless you use your imp all the time for the stam buff. If you look at my spec you can see i did put points in imp HS, cause to me those are points well spent.
I can't see the picture either, I will take a peek when I get home. Playing to 70 I was destruction at first and that was just too hard to use leveling up.
I was all the way down the affliction tree, absolutely love nightfall! But now that I am 70 I am all the way down affliction with 41 points, getting rid of the things I didn't use at the end, that I found useful before, the things like improved lifetap (for a while), drain life, etc. Improved healthstone is pretty snazzy, but ended up getting cut on my level 70 build so that I can add quicker versions of shadow bolt and yet more DPS.
I still have the improved corruption, so it's insta cast and empowered it too. I had improved curse of agony for the + DPS.
Dick is quite right on the DoT & fear tactic, very very useful to a lock of any level. It's called "fire & forget" by me. Some instances post 60 we've used a Felguard to main tank, let alone off tank. Alteria is a good source of how to do that. Personally I went affliction to be more useful imho in a group. I gave my imp the +30% boost to HP. Some would think it's a waste, but our furrals love the extra HP. I mean really, who can't use extra HP by 30%? My own stats are currently lacking because I did not get Fel Int or Fel Stam.
I used improved healthstone for a loong time because the 20% boost was awesome, but because I have the luxury of usually having another lock, Alteria, in the group with the improved stones I decided that the imp boost was the way to go for me. I did use the imp a lot for leveling, but ended up using the VW for a larger chunk of time.
Really your spec will depend on your specific play style. Personally I just like to DoT & fear bounce and let them run around killing themselves, that's why I have things like unstable affliction (end of the affliction line) and curse of doom. The other thing to look at is, are you going to PVP or PVE stuff more?
